Karunanidhi's condition remains critical

CHENNAI: DMK president M Karunanidhi 's health condition remains critical, doctors treating him in Kauvery Hospital said on Monday. They said continuous treatment was being given to the former Tamil Nadu chief minister.Tamil Nadu Congress Committee president S Thirunavukkarasar, who visited the hospital on Monday afternoon, told reporters that Karunanidhi's conditions had not been good since morning. “Doctors are treating him , As Reported By TOI. 

According to the Newspaper,We will have to pray that he gets better," said Thirunavukkarasar.Karunanidhi's wife, Dayalu Ammal, came to the hospital on Monday. It was her first visit to the hospital since the DMK chief was admitted to Kauvery Hospital on July 29. She was brought to the hospital in a wheelchair by her third son M K Tamilarasu.Other family members and senior party leaders were in the hospital.The hospital is likely to issue a medical bulletin today..
